Refund policy
Don't love your scarf? No hard feelings. We offer free returns for 14 days! All you need to do is ship your Sakura Spirit order back to us and we will handle the rest. To get started visit the "Start a Return" page.
All unworn and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. After you have requested a return on our website, instructions will be sent to you via email at support@sakuraspiritco.com regarding initiating your return. Our returns shipping address is 1 Irving Place U10i New York NY 10003.
Returns are inspected and processed within 7 days of reception. Please note that customers are responsible for shipment of returns. In the event your return is not processed promptly, please reach out to us via email at the link below. Once your return is accepted and processed you will receive an email from us confirming your refund. At this time, the status of your refund is wholly dependent on your financial institution. Typically the refunded amount is reflected in one's bank account within 2-5 business days.
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like a replacement in place of a refund please email us at the link below so we can help you with an exchange. To expedite the process please include images of the damage or defect.
